In the past I spent some time in body building (hard to say if you have a look at one of my pics now), but now I practice step. I found that step (and aerobic) is a very complete sport, which exercises not only your muscles and resistance, but requires good reflexes, coordination, memory and to feel the rhythm... and overall is very entertaining.
